Job description

Location: This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London or Corby Office.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance function. This role will bring critical commercial finance skills to bear across the EMEA Supply Chain function, providing insight on performance, development and monitoring of strategic plans and initiatives.

What you will be doing:
  1. Act as a finance business partner for the Supply Chain function, providing decision support and strategic insights.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive financial and operational performance.
  3. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and re-forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support supply chain decision making and investment prioritisation.
  5. Oversee financial management of supply chain projects and programmes, including distribution centres.
  6. Champion best practices, continuous improvement, and the effective use of technology in financial reporting.
About you:
  1. Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA (or equivalent), ideally bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  2. Experience in a finance business partnering role within a large organisation.
  3. Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  4. Commercial mindset with a focus on driving profitable growth.
  5. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., One-Stream, PowerBI, Excel, SAP).
