Finance Manager

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Preparing audited and unaudited financial statements for legal entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
2. Assisting and supporting the legal group audit process, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
3. Preparing and submitting all legal VAT and GST returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
4. Reconciling partner capital accounts, ensuring all related postings are accurate and timely.
5. Supporting the annual tax compliance process for legal entities, liaising with tax advisors.
6. Participating in and supporting various tax-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proven experience in a finance role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
2. A strong understanding of financial statements, audits, and tax compliance, including VAT and GST.
3. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
4. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA) is preferred.
