Responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include:

1. Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reports and forecasts.
2. Oversee all reporting requirements for the business unit, analyse financial results and track variances against budgets and forecasts.
3. Lead and support the finance team, ensuring high levels of engagement and productivity. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
4. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business decisions.
5. Ensure the accuracy and quality of all financial reporting.
6. Foster strong relationships across teams and departments.

The successful Finance Manager:

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
2. Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
3. Proven leadership abilities and team management experience.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
5. A collaborative approach to working across departments.
