Finance Manager

ARC is entering an exciting new chapter. Under new creative leadership, we are connecting creative communities and artists and placing them at the heart of one of the Tees Valley’s largest independent arts centres. The Finance Manager will be expected to oversee all aspects of financial management of ARC, responsible for the preparation of management accounts and other financial reports for the Chief Executive.

In addition, the candidate will oversee the work of the Finance Officer, dealing with queries and providing guidance as well as carrying out monthly checks and procedures to ensure accurate book-keeping. The role holder will lead and deliver the finance processes of ARC’s daily operation. They will support the Executive team to monitor the income and expenditure of the charity to ensure that budgets are adhered to.
