As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing critical financial operations, group-level finance management, and reporting. This is a highly varied and impactful role, covering everything from day-to-day finance operations to long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery of month-end management accounts and board packs with accompanying commercial commentary, including P+L, Balance Sheet, and KPIs.
2. Production of company budgets, forecasts, and maintenance of company cash flow and cash flow forecasting.
3. Ownership of all technical submissions, including year-end close, tax, and quarterly VAT returns.
4. Acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors and agencies such as HMRC.
5. Revenue recognition to provide greater understanding of income performance, reconciling with payment processors' management information.
6. Oversight of AP/AR.
7. Overseeing the payroll process with an outsourced provider.
8. Preparing ad hoc financial reports as requested by the Executive Team.
9. Cross-functional collaboration to provide financial insights that drive company objectives.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Manager with a proven track record in accounting and finance, ideally within a high-growth business. The ideal candidate will be hungry, ambitious, and adaptable, bringing a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
