My client, based in Epsom, is recruiting for a Part Time Finance Manager.
Job Description
Analysis and reconciling of income from the different income platforms
Reconciliation of income between bank statements and Fundraising CRM system (training offered) working alongside the Fundraising team
Preparing and uploading month-end income journals
Debt reporting and debt chasing
Producing weekly debtors report with narrative
Supporting the Fundraising team providing financial information; reviewing actuals against budget; supporting with setting budgets/forecasts
Supporting the Finance Assistance with correct coding, entity and VAT for all sales invoices.
VAT returns
Control of Web Expenses (staff expenses portal)
Monthly payroll; year-end payroll (P60's and P11d returns)
The Successful Applicant
May be studying or have studied an Accountancy qualification
May have charity finance experience
Competent at Excel (VLOOKUPS & PIVOT TABLES)
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills and a good sense of humour
Proactive, forward thinking able to liaise with stakeholders from operational to director level, and able to explain complex finance issues to non-financial staff
Able to prioritise own work and achieve monthly deadlines
Work unsupervised; self-motivated
Excellent organisational skills
