Job description

The ONE Group has partnered exclusively with a medical equipment supplier in Cambridge to assist in recruiting for a newly created Finance Manager position. This role will report directly to the Finance Director and play a key role in the daily operations of the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly invoicing cycles, including balance sheet reconciliations, payments, and accounts payable processes.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts, annual budgets, and forecasts, presenting these figures to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and support financial reporting, ensuring compliance is within accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage cash flow, identify financial risks, and implement internal controls.
• Provide support for stock control and management, along with purchasing assistance.
• Lead and support the finance team where required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in advanced Excel
• Experience with statutory accounts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Background in Management Accounting.
