Finance Manager

Hybrid - travel to Blackbushe required

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus + benefits

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

As part of the group's continuing growth, an opportunity has now arisen in the Partner Finance division. BCA Partner Finance aims to provide a simple, straightforward and convenient funding facility with easy to understand charges and a flat rate of interest.

Due to a small restructure within the finance team, we are now looking for a Finance Manager to report to the Financial Controller and manage the transaction and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Transactions team and relationship with Shared Services
  • Own the month-end process and hold accountability for balance sheet integrity and reconciliations
  • Oversee the AR and AP processes and drive improvements in accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Develop a strong understanding of the CALMS operating system and work with the enterprise application team to deliver updates and fixes
  • Support day-to-day delivery and roll out of the Part Exchange (PX) and Other Approved Suppliers (OAS) program
  • Assist with the implementation and development of controls and systems for efficient, timely, and accurate financial reporting
