Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and skilled Finance Manager to join a Food Manufacturing business in the Lincolnshire area. This role will help support the overall performance of the business.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Manager who will be responsible for completing a variety of financial reporting tasks. In this role, you will produce monthly accounts, generate reports, and assist in the preparation of documentation for the annual audit. You will play a key part in supporting all areas of the business to ensure that informed and accurate decisions are made. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce monthly accounts in a timely manner.
2. Prepare and present monthly month-end reports for the team.
3. Compile all documentation required for the annual audit.
4. Generate daily sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Create adhoc reports for the team to assist with decision-making.

The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Excellent Excel skills, along with the ability to quickly learn and work with different computer systems.
2. A high level of trustworthiness, confidentiality, and reliability.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. The ability to think on your feet and develop solutions for adhoc reporting challenges.
5. The capacity to present complex data in a clear and user-friendly way.
6. Qualified or Part Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc...)
