Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working – 3 Days in Office, 2 Days from Home)
Salary: up to £47,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic team based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Key Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hybrid Working: Enjoy a flexible work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
