We're supporting a well-established business in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role will take ownership of the group's treasury function, while also supporting broader financial management and reporting responsibilities.
- Lead on cashflow forecasting and liquidity management
- Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
- Oversee group treasury policies and ensure compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making
- Work closely with external auditors during year-end audit
- Manage and mentor junior finance team members as required
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in treasury and wider financial management
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Available to start within 2-4 weeks
