Job description

We're supporting a well-established business in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role will take ownership of the group's treasury function, while also supporting broader financial management and reporting responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead on cashflow forecasting and liquidity management
  2. Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
  3. Oversee group treasury policies and ensure compliance
  4. Support month-end and year-end close processes
  5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  6. Provide financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making
  7. Work closely with external auditors during year-end audit
  8. Manage and mentor junior finance team members as required

About You:
  1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  2. Proven experience in treasury and wider financial management
  3. Strong technical accounting knowledge
  4. Confident communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders
  5. Available to start within 2-4 weeks
