Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

What You'll Do:

As our Finance Manager, you’ll lead a team of rockstar management accountants, keeping our finances in check across all our sites. You’ll dive into the numbers to provide key insights that drive business decisions and work closely with site managers to help them boost performance. And you’ll do all this while having fun and being part of an awesome culture that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and innovation!

What You’ll Bring:

1. Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
2. Industry Know-How: Experience in a multi-site, hospitality, or retail environment is a big plus! Stock reporting experience is ideal.
3. Analytical Mind: You’re a problem-solver with strong analytical skills and can deliver insights that make an impact.
4. Team Player: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
5. Great Communicator: You can take complex financial info and present it in a way that’s easy to understand for non-finance colleagues.
6. Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills are a must, and experience with Sage 200 or QlikSense would be a bonus!
