Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our company.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant with a recognised professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CAI, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW, or ICAS). You should have proven experience as a Board member and company director, showcasing strong leadership in a similarly sized organisation.

We are looking for someone with excellent business acumen, a solid track record in implementing financial strategies, and the ability to lead organisational change. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is experience in procurement and a thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.

As Finance Director, you will play a key role in steering our financial strategy, ensuring the organisation’s financial health, and supporting its overall mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Steering CLLP’s Finance and Accounting strategy to optimise financial performance and strategic positioning.
2. Financial Reporting: Overseeing accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Growth Strategies: Supporting Strategic Leadership Team in developing profitable growth strategies and challenging assumptions and targets.

As an Executive Director of the Certsure Management Board, you will:

• Fulfil your duties in line with the Companies Act 2006, ensuring alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Follow the UK Corporate Governance Code to ensure effective leadership and accountability.
