At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Finance Coordinator to join the growing team.

Our Finance Coordinator works closely with the operations and non-operations teams, as part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, a FTSE 100 Company specializing in delivering True Hospitality for Good.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Receivable - Assisting in AR billing & query resolution.
  2. Income Audit - Assist with the Daily Income Audit as per Checklist, resolving imbalances.
  3. Maintaining ongoing relationships with the Global Business Service Centre team to ensure all DocMX tasks are carried out as per our timelines.
  4. Helping with payroll processing, including benefit calculations.
  5. Matching bank statements to internal records to ensure accuracy (including Unmatched reports).
  6. Reconciling cash and maintaining our cash machine.
  7. Assisting with month-end close.
  8. Other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as designated by the Head of Finance or the Finance Business Partner.

Experience:

  1. Familiarity with hotel systems including Micros and Opera preferred.
  2. Previous experience in the hotel industry.
  3. Basic Excel knowledge essential; Advanced knowledge preferred.
