Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Equity Options + Pension + 22 Holiday Days + Company Benefits

This entrepreneurial, fast-growing business has been a leader in its sector for over 20 years, increasing its sites by over 25% in the last couple of years. They offer the opportunity to become an equity shareholder in the business.

In this role, you will control the full finance function, managing and leading 3 accountants, overseeing the full P&L, management accounts, month-end reporting, and cash management for the business, while assisting the Managing Director in assessing future growth opportunities.

THE ROLE:

• Oversee the P&L
• Prepare Management Accounting and Month End reports
• Manage and lead 3 accountants
• Report to and assist the Managing Director

THE PERSON:

• AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACA, or ACCA part qualified or qualified
• Experience managing the P&L and hands-on financials
• Team management experience
• Passion to drive the performance of the business
• Must be commutable to Newport
