On offer is the opportunity to join this entrepreneurial, fast-growing business that is a leader in its sector, has been operating for over 20 years, and increased their sites by over 25% in the last couple of years, while offering the opportunity to become an equity shareholder in the business.

In this role, you will control the full finance function, managing and leading 3 accountants, managing the full P&L including the management accounts, month-end reporting, overseeing the control of assets and cash management for the full business, while assisting the Managing Director in assessing future growth opportunities.

THE ROLE:

• Oversee the P&L
• Prepare Management Accounting and Month-End reports
• Manage and lead 2 accountants
• Report to and assist the Managing Director

THE PERSON:

• AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACA or ACCA part qualified or qualified
• Experience managing the P&L and hands-on financials
• Team Management experience
• Passion to drive performance of the business
• Must be commutable to Newport
