About The Role

As our Financial Controller, you'll be the heartbeat of our financial strategy — ensuring robust financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making at the highest level. You’ll manage all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Your experience in HVAC, construction, or service industries will help you hit the ground running in this pivotal leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, payroll, and tax compliance

Prepare accurate consolidated, company, and divisional financial reports and forecasts

Manage job costing processes and analyse performance variances

Develop and enforce robust financial policies and internal controls

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

Deliver actionable financial insights to drive business efficiency and cost savings

Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence

Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager

Background in HVAC, construction, or service-based industries

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
