We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Finance Controller to join our senior team to oversee financial operations and ensure financial integrity of the hotel. The Finance Controller is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. This individual will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, manage budgets, implement and maintain strong internal controls, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management. The Finance Controller will be a key partner in driving the company's financial performance and supporting its growth objectives.
This is a site-based role responsible for all financial management and controls.
This role reports to the Managing Director and leads a team of three, covering all aspects of finance and purchasing. The role will play a crucial part in assisting the Board, SMT, and Heads of Department in the efficient running of the hotel.
