Finance Change Lead – Europe

SystemsAccountants are supporting a Global Financial Services business in their search for a Finance Change Lead as part of their Workday Financials programme team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at the start of their Workday implementation journey. As the Finance Change Lead for the European business you will work with local teams to discover as-is processes, define requirements and lead implementation efforts alongside the Implementation Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Work with regional / local teams to identify issues with current processes & controls, provide recommendations and implement improvements
• Be the face of the implementation team at a local level, coordinating with senior Finance Stakeholders, members of the programme team and the Implementation Partner
• Develop a long-term TOM underpinned by Workday Financials
• Ensure the TOM is in compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Address dependencies and support on recruitment drives for new staff

About you:

• Qualified Accountant
• Demonstrable experience in Finance Transformation programmes
• Experience of implementing Cloud ERP systems into multiple European countries, including a strong understanding of European regulatory compliance
• Experience of a Workday Financials implementation
• Strong project management skills
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language
• Experience in a high-growth organisation

This role is based in London with 2-3 days required on-site. You must be a UK national or have valid UK right to work to be considered for this opportunity.
