Role Overview
A Finance Change Business Analyst is required to support the implementation of Oracle’s TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) as part of a global tax compliance initiative. The role involves identifying, analysing, and documenting system and operational requirements to enhance tax provisioning and compliance with global minimum tax (GMT) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, analyse, document, and resolve process and system changes required for GMT provisioning.
Collaborate with the project team to align design decisions with the target operating model for end-to-end GMT compliance.
Support the Head of Tax in understanding project implications, including resources, timelines, complexity, and vendor deliverables.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Insurance.
Strong track record in Finance Change projects (tax experience is a plus but not required).
Experience in process design, improvement, and workflow development (e.g., MSP, Visio).
Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher is a plus).
Ability to deliver complex process optimisation projects.
Project management experience, including planning, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
