Description
Prepare financial statements and reports for monthly and annual accounts for the Care & Support business.
Participate in the 5 year budget and forecasting processes.
Perform variance analysis to understand differences in forecasted and actual results.
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.
Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
Manage the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team.
Prepare monthly management accounts which would be presented to the the C-suite team for review.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
A recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
Minimum of 2 years experience working in the Care & Support environment and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Job Offer
An estimated salary range of £53,000 - £57,000, based on skills and experience.
25 days annual leave, rising with length of service.
