Seeking a dedicated and organised Finance Business Partner to join our Care & Support team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Care & Support operations, excellent analytic skills and strong attention to detail.

Description

  • Prepare financial statements and reports for monthly and annual accounts for the Care & Support business.
  • Participate in the 5 year budget and forecasting processes.
  • Perform variance analysis to understand differences in forecasted and actual results.
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts which would be presented to the the C-suite team for review.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in the Care & Support environment and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £53,000 - £57,000, based on skills and experience.
