Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner being hired for a travel business based in Berkshire.

Up to £63,500 plus fantastic bonus & benefits

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in management accounting and financial planning.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
• Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with financial systems such as SAP, S4Hana, Anaplan, Tableau (preferred).

• Partner with HR, Customer Experience, Transformation, and Finance teams to provide financial analysis and decision-making support.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Present financial insights in a clear and meaningful way to influence strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue improvement.
• Support project accounting, business case development, and financial governance.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
