The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll act as the crucial link between finance and operations, providing financial insight that directly influences business success. Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis - Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
2. Business Partnering - Working closely with key stakeholders to provide insight, challenge assumptions, and drive commercial success.
3. Performance Management - Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
4. Risk & Compliance - Ensuring financial controls, governance, and regulatory requirements are met.
5. Leadership & Influence - Providing financial expertise that supports decision-making at all levels.

Who We're Looking For

1. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
2. 3+ years' experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role
3. Industry experience in construction, property, or business services preferred
4. Strong financial acumen with advanced financial modelling & analysis skills
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - confident influencing senior leaders
6. ERP and financial systems experience
