Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a global professional services company based in Reading, Berkshire. Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of our financial success. You'll work closely with senior leaders, analyzing and elucidating the financial performance of our Administration division. Your insights will drive performance improvements, and you'll oversee the month-end reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Budgeting, KPI analysis, and process enhancements will be key focal points, supporting our continuous improvement initiative. Additionally, you'll collaborate on pricing strategies for client work.

Requirements:

• Essential: We are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA OR ACCA) with at least 5 years’ experience within a true business partner role. You will have sharp critical thinking skills, advanced Excel proficiency (including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Vlookups), and impeccable communication capabilities for engaging with senior management. You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual, ready to take ownership of responsibilities.
