What You Will Do:
- Business Partner with the Operations and Order to Delivery teams offering analytics and insights to support decision making as well as in the completion of reporting, including monthly presentation.
- Drive end to end process improvements for business insight reporting using lean thinking and support continuous process improvement through utilisation of digital tools such as Alteryx and MS Power BI.
- Maintain financial records in line with GAAP and organisational standards, collaborating closely with an accounting Service Centre.
- Utilise automated tools for the efficient updating, analysing, and monthly reporting of consolidated financial results.
- Support improvement projects aimed at streamlining and standardising processes across the board.
- Complete monthly corporate reporting requirements with precision and accuracy.
- Support financial forecasting related to variable labour, burden, and period costs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams globally, offering analytics and insights to aid decision-making.
What You Will Bring:- A degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience, with professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, or similar).
- Business partnering experience.
- Understanding of costs, budgeting, cost forecasting and cost analysis.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with data analytics and visualisation tools such as MS PowerBI, MS PowerApps, or Alteryx is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and a solid understanding of GAAP.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work well in a team.
- A background in Manufacturing or Agriculture would be advantageous.
