Job description

We're looking for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join our Central Finance team in our London office. Reporting into the Director, Finance Business Partnering, you will serve as a trusted finance partner to Corporate functional teams, providing strategic financial insights to support senior business decision makers.

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare budgets and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with wider business / functional strategy.
  • Manage the monthly forecasting process, identifying and highlighting risks and opportunities to drive accurate financial forecasting.
  • Monitor ongoing financial performance and provide variance and trend analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Develop, monitor and maintain suitable key performance indicators to track financial performance and provide insight and challenge to key stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to evaluate business performance, support decision-making, and drive financial planning efforts.
  • Provide in-depth analysis to identify financial trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
We tend to look for people with:
  • Professional certifications in accounting (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc.) or finance (CFA).
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge/experience in financial software (e.g. Oracle, Smartview, HFM).
  • A proactive, independent self-starter with strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in an ambitious, results-driven, and fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.
  • Experience driving financial transformation initiatives, particularly around automation, digitization, and improving financial processes.
  • People with excellent stakeholder management skills.
