Job description

Finance Business Partner - Fleet (3 days on site) - Salary to £60,000 + 15% Bonus

A great opportunity to join a FTSE listed Bank as a Finance Business Partner and help to further fuel the firm's growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone to make their first step into the industry coming from practice, you will however need experience preparing Management Accounts.

You will be joining a growing and dynamic FP&A team, with exciting new projects on the horizon and exceptional minds ready to drive progress forward. In a nutshell, you will be providing senior management, the Executive team, the Board and external stakeholders key financial insights to drive key business decisions.

Some of the key things you will be focusing on:

  • Prepare monthly executive information providing up to date insights and analysis on Group performance to enable timely management actions where necessary.
  • Liaise with the Business and the Group's planning team to deliver the annual forecast.
  • Lead the execution of accurate and timely completion of the month end reporting process.
  • Providing ad-hoc commercial and analytical support to business stakeholders.
  • Review current processes, oversee implementation/improvement of systems and internal controls to company requirements and standards.

A bit about you:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Previous Financial Services experience is highly desirable but NOT essential.
  • Previous experience working in a Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant role is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
