Job Description

Provide financial insights and guidance to the business to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
Support the wider finance team with ad hoc financial analysis as required.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Present financial reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
Used to dealing with and interpreting large data sets.
Minimum 2 years PQE or strong QBE
Commercially aware
Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, Vlookup etc

An estimated salary range of £58,000 - £65,000 per annum.
