Finance Business Partner

What You'll Do:

• Driving Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with our operations teams to optimise financial performance, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost control.

• Supporting Business Growth: Partner with divisional leaders to develop and implement strategies that enhance profitability and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant: A strong accounting background with at least 2 years of PQE in a commercial environment.
• Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of management accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Business Acumen: Experience in commercial or business partnering is a plus.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
• Team Player: A collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent Communication: The ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
