Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for any financial matters from EMEA IT stakeholders, offering financial analysis and insights to support decision making and optimise costs.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organisation. You will be responsible for managing the month-end process in collaboration with cross-functional teams, monitoring and reporting on financial performance, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to manage cost-sharing agreements effectively and seek ways to enhance and improve processes continuously. Your role will also involve reviewing business cases for IT programmes and strategic initiatives, supporting any financial modelling needs.
The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role will bring a wealth of experience in IT finance or finance business partnering/management reporting. With at least 4 years post-qualification experience under your belt, you are well-versed in producing and presenting complex financial information concisely. Your excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills coupled with your strong numerical and analytical abilities make you a formidable force in strategic thinking. A professional accounting qualification is preferred but not essential. Above all, you are a strong team player who is self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for finance and technology.
