Finance Business Partner

Morgan McKinley is delighted to be supporting a fantastic B-Corp business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner for a growing business based in Central Bristol.

This opportunity reports directly to the Financial Director and offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop their career.

Responsibilities for this role include (and are certainly not limited to):

1. Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive project profitability
3. Support on budgets and mid-year forecasts
4. Assisting with setting up of policies and procedures
5. Support systemisation of finance function
6. Update P2P and O2C process
7. Presenting on sales information and sales pipeline

Key Requirements:

1. Qualified or Finalist (QBE will be considered)
2. Experience of preparing monthly management accounts
3. Good system knowledge
4. Good Excel skills
5. Comfortable working with a wide variety of stakeholders

Package:

Salary - £50,000 - £55,000
Time in office - 2 days
30 days holiday + bank holidays
3 volunteering days
5% pension contribution
