Hybrid Working: 3 Days in Office, 2 WFH

We are recruiting for a Commercial Business Finance Manager for a retail business based in Brighton, covering stores across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be a financial professional who will collaborate closely with retail stores. You will bridge the gap between finance and operations, providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to support decision-making within retail stores across the UK.

It's preferred that you come from a retail background; however, this can be flexible as long as you are commercially financially astute and can discuss finance with non-financial people.

You will have a Financial Analyst who will report to you and a finance team who will manage all day-to-day financial transactions.
