Finance Business Partner - Permanent - Hybrid (3 days on-site) - North Birmingham - £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Our client, a leading business in their sector, is looking for a Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving profitability, supporting commercial decision-making, and improving financial processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to work closely with senior stakeholders and make a real impact.

Position: Finance Business Partner
Full-Time Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports to support business performance
• Partner with commercial teams to provide insight on sales forecasts, promotional analysis, and pricing strategies
• Ensure the accuracy of the balance sheet and streamline financial processes
• Support finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Chief Commercial Officer, to drive commercial strategy

Key Essentials of the Finance Business Partner:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE
• Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
