Join Our Client's Team as a Finance Assistant!


Role: Finance Assistant


Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (hybrid working)


Location: Horsham


Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant Finance team, where you'll play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and a passion for finance, we'd love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Use Excel to organise and manage data efficiently.
  2. Support the Accounts Payable team and assist with financial reports.
  3. Handle banking tasks, including making payments and checking records.
  4. Assist with recording and tracking expenses in Sage.
  5. Help update and maintain the Fixed Asset Register accurately.
  6. Provide financial information when needed to support the team.
  7. Follow company policies to ensure a safe and smooth working environment.

What We're Looking For:


  1. A meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  2. Strong Excel skills.
  3. 1-2 years or more experience in an Accounts or Financial position.
  4. Excellent communication skills to handle calls and emails courteously.
  5. A team player who works conscientiously and safely, considering the well-being of others.
