A well-established Brighton-based organisation is looking to strengthen the team by recruiting a full-time permanent Finance Assistant - Payables & Treasury.

Job Description

As Finance Assistant - Payables & Treasury, you will be responsible for:

  • Purchase invoice entry
  • Purchase statement reconciliation
  • Payments reports
  • Purchase ledger payments
  • Expense analysis and reconciliation
  • Cashbook reconciliation
  • Cash reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Sage or other similar Accounting Package
  • Strong Excel skills, intermediate or above, combined with overall strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
  • AAT Studier or qualified or QBE
