Job Role:

Finance Assistant (Part-time)

Salary: £19,982

Hours: 30 hours

Contract type: Permanent

Location: Bath

The Role:

Assist the Finance Department with accurate and efficient bookkeeping support.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Bank reconciliations
  2. Journal postings into the finance system
  3. Setting up suppliers e.g. for TV licenses & water.
  4. Anything else required for the smooth running of the Finance department.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  1. Experience of working in a Finance department.
  2. Business Central or similar accounting package.
  3. Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  4. AAT Level 2 or equivalent.
