Job Description
The key responsibilities for the role of Finance Assistant (HYBRID WORKING) include:
- Receive, log and record all purchase invoices
- Maintain customer and supplier records in the sales and purchase ledgers
- Set up weekly payment runs
- Post all entries into banks and reconcile banks
- Maintain the prepayments and accruals schedules and prepare nominal journals for prepayments and accruals.
- Prepare certain balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with annual external audit and year end accounts preparation
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the role of Finance Assistant (HYBRID WORKING) will have:
- AAT Level 4 qualification
- Great attention to detail
- Strong excel skills - Vlookups/Pivot tables
- Good communication skills
