Finance Assistant - Full or Part Time hours will be considered

They require a dynamic, hands-on Finance Assistant to join their established team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a collaborative finance function, working closely with the Assistant Management Accountant and Financial Controller to support and enhance their processes.

This is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate will have experience within a finance or accounts assistant capacity and be confident in a hands-on role that will vary day to day depending on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and manage sales and expenditure across multiple revenue streams and entities
2. Prepare and distribute monthly project revenue and expense reports
3. Conduct cost reviews with budget holders to monitor project performance and cashflow
4. Manage intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations
5. Support month-end procedures
6. Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and systems

What You'll Need:

1. Currently studying towards an accountancy qualification, with experience in an accounts or finance assistant role
2. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge stakeholders at all levels
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
4. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
5. Proficiency in Sage Line 50 and Xero
