Requirements:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll help manage day-to-day bookkeeping across bank, card, cash, and payment platforms for Artlist UK. You’ll also liaise with external suppliers, customers and internal teams to support smooth financial operations and ensure compliance with internal processes.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with updating budgets and actuals, and work with the Finance Manager to provide detailed variance analysis.
  2. Manage accounts payable operations including invoice processing and preparing payment runs.
  3. Raise purchase orders, create payment cards, and monitor subscription spend.
  4. Complete regular reconciliations across multiple platforms (e.g. bank, PayPal, MESH, Stripe, Adyen).
  5. Work with the Finance Manager to produce timely and accurate monthly management reporting.
  6. Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of the quarterly VAT return.
  7. Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  8. Provide administrative support for insurance, expenses, compliance and employee benefit schemes.
Criteria

Education & Experience

  1. AAT Level 3 / IAB / ICB qualification or equivalent experience.
Skills & Knowledge

  1. Experience in a hands on finance role.
  2. Experience with Netsuite or similar accounting tools.
  3. Good verbal and written skills in English.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  5. Experience working for global, high-tech companies (an advantage).
