Our client, a dynamic, fast-growing company is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will support the finance team across multiple companies within the group.


Key duties of Finance Assistant:
  1. Be the backbone of the daily financial operations, including data entry, invoicing, and processing payments with precision and flair!
  2. Keep things running smoothly by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring everything aligns with company policies.
  3. Play a key role in crafting financial reports and statements that help drive important decisions.
  4. Stay organised while juggling a variety of administrative tasks like filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
  5. Collaborate with teammates across different departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
  6. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring everything stays secure and confidential.
Essential:
  1. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  2. Xero experience.
  3. Knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and Reverse Charge VAT.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Prior experience in a finance or administrative role within the construction industry is essential.
