Finance Assistant

A well-known Music and Hospitality business is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their dynamic finance team based in London. The successful candidate will work across both AP and AR, supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for weekly payment runs across multi-currency suppliers and staff expenses.
2. Working collaboratively with the events team and raise all sales invoices.
3. Prepare FEU tax forms for review.
4. Owning company Creditors and Debtors report.
5. You will be accurate, focused and detailed in your approach.
6. Assist with month-end duties.

About You

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
4. AR and AP experience is a must.
5. Entertainment experience would be desired.
6. Interest in Music.
