Finance Assistant

We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run dried fruit and nut packing company based in Kings Lynn. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Finance Assistant.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.

Ongoing contract potentially leading to permanent for the right candidate.

Duties Will Include

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely processing of invoices
• Support the reconciliation of bank statements and assist with month-end closing activities
• Process payroll and manage employee expense claims
• Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary financial information
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organised financial files
• Help in the implementation of new financial systems or software as required

Pay Rate

£12.50 per hour
