Job description

Finance Assistant - Aylesbury 6 Months Contract - PT

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting a PT Finance Assistant to join our manufacturing client based in Aylesbury.


Salary: 20,070 (PRO RATA of 30,000)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-1:00 pm


Duties:

  1. Processing sales orders using SAGE 50
  2. Taking incoming calls from customers to discuss enquiries
  3. Accurately process purchase invoices and send them out
  4. Chasing outstanding debt
  5. Processing and posting the payroll journal
  6. Manage expenses reports
  7. Performing bank reconciliation
  8. Greeting guests

Requirements:

  1. Experience within a Sales Ledger/Finance role
  2. Experienced in using SAGE 50
  3. Great communication skills
