Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

1. Registration and processing of all invoices & credit notes
2. Transaction processing, daily bank reconciliation, Credit Control
3. Posting incoming and outgoing payments to the appropriate ledger
4. Managing sales and purchase ledgers, reconciliations
5. Assist with month end close & support to the Finance Director
6. Generating monthly reports and conducting financial analysis
7. Day to day control of the Finance inbox & supplier/customer queries

1. Proven experience in a similar position
2. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. You will have a keen eye for detail, strong accounting skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
