Finance Assistant
Syston, Leicestershire

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a market leading business in Leicester who are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their business on a full time, permanent basis. As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing across the Sales and Purchase Ledgers, in line with company policies and procedures which include:

  1. Inputting invoices & credit notes
  2. Handling customer and supplier queries, both internally and externally
  3. Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
  4. Payment run processing weekly
  5. Expenses processing to include depot petty cash processing
  6. Allocation of payments
  7. Supplier statement reconciliations
  8. Posting deliveries, credit notes & miscellaneous Sales
  9. Customer creations & amendments
  10. Email & phone queries
  11. Fuel card management
  12. Producing consolidated invoicing & statements
  13. Authorising credit notes
  14. Delivery of departmental tasks against target

This is an exciting position with an excellent working environment and culture. Our client also offers a mix of office and remote working.
