Description

As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
2. Managing records and receipts
3. Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
4. Processing invoices
5. Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
6. Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
4. A strong understanding of financial regulations
5. Excellent analytical and numerical skills
6. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
