Job Description

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Maintaining and updating financial records
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with routine tasks
  • Processing invoices and expense forms
  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Processing transactions and updating ledgers
  • Participating in internal audits
  • Completing ad hoc tasks as required within the Accounting & Finance department

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
