Bosch Rexroth Ltd is offering one new or recent graduate the opportunity to work with us at our St Neots office on a 24 month contract. The purpose of this role is to support our busy Finance and Controlling department.

You would be working within the Finance and Controlling Department of our business at St Neots. This will give you the chance to gain experience and build up knowledge whilst taking responsibility for departmental tasks within all areas of Finance and Controlling.

Job Description

• Supporting the monthly business reporting cycle, including cost centre overheads and profit centre results
• Analysing financial data to support variance analysis and decision making
• Monitoring balance sheet accounts e.g. receivables and inventories
• Monitoring and distributing key performance data and other reports as required
• Assistance with year-end activities
• Support in the business planning process
• Support with standard costing and transfer price processes
• Support with internal audit
• Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent)
• Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
• Analytical and flexible approach to work
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on own as well as part of a team
• Effective organisation and time management skills
• Ability to communicate confidently
• Positive attitude and resilient
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Structured working approach to high quality standards
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• SAP knowledge is desirable
