Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Preparing and assisting in the production of key financial reports and regulatory returns for major financial authorities, including the FCA, PRA, BOE, and EBA.
2. Working closely with the Regulatory Reporting Accountant to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial reporting.
3. Preparing management accounts, financial statements, reconciliations, and key financial analysis tasks.

Your keen eye for detail and ability to meet strict deadlines will be invaluable in delivering high-quality reports that drive business decisions.

Qualifications

We are looking to speak with motivated accounting professionals with:

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution or finance department.
2. An accounting qualification (or working towards one) is preferred.
3. Advanced Excel skills or experience with programming languages such as SQL.
4. Strong interpersonal communication and excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. A proactive approach to automating finance processes.
