Finance Analyst

A large hospitality company in London is looking for a temporary Finance Analyst to join their team.

You will be working for a large hospitality company in the heart of London. You will be joining their diverse finance team in a vibrant temporary assignment.

Your new role
Duties:

1. To produce accurate sales analysis of licensee sales, identifying trends and producing insightful quarterly reporting across the business.
2. Developing and maintaining data collection procedures for business data.
3. Building complex models using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet products.
4. Proactively research into industry trends and market analysis, reporting back on key findings and relevant suggestions for the business.
5. Producing accurate forecasts based on historical data.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Ability to build complex business models.
4. Ability to distinguish between reliable and unreliable data.
5. Good Office 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and similar skills with Google Suite.
6. Excellent writing skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to build good relationships in the workplace.
9. Curious, diligent, good work ethic.
10. Takes pride in the quality of their work.
11. 3 - 4 years of experience, or the equivalent of.
